HOH99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines for Malaysian Players

In this HOH99 Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

Registration and use of the HOH99 platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your HOH99 username and password confidential. HOH99 recommends that you:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Contacting HOH99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each member is permitted to register and use only one (1) HOH99 account only. Registering multiple accounts — even under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation. Duplicate accounts detected will be suspended, and all associated balances and winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 KYC Verification

HOH99 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. This involves submitting a valid copy of your identity card or passport, and in some cases, proof of current address. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.

5.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your HOH99 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under your own name.
• Any bonus that has been used must meet the stipulated wagering requirements before a withdrawal of the balance can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

11.1 Termination by Member

You may close your HOH99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed subject to the relevant identity verification.

11.2 Termination by HOH99

HOH99 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any of the terms set out in this document.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on your account.
• You are found to have provided false information during registration.
• Your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant account).

In cases of account closure due to a violation, HOH99 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance and associated winnings pending the outcome of an investigation.

HOH99 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or through an in-platform notification.
